I would not recommend this contractor. We've had numerous, serious problems with our home. He does not necessarily repair things back to their original state. For instance, if the initial problem ruined another aspect of the house, he does not restore the damage. He's extremely rude if questioned, seems to bully you if you have a question or problem, and speaks to his customers unprofessionally. His attitude could be overlooked if the home was adequately built and problems were handled thoroughly and with respect to the homeowner. There are very few options as far as contractors in our area, but it would be worth going the extra mile to find someone else.
