He has left a major bannister poorly attached for several months. Bad enough, that someone can fall 8-10 feet and get seriously hurt. I’ve contacted him NUMEROUS times to fix this issue. He has stated he would do so many times…..to date he has either no showed or canceled coming out to fix this. You can plainly see where bolts aren’t even hand tightened, the bannister wobbles back and forth, improper sized screws were used. He has not finished putting the siding on 2 different buildings. An exterior staircase was built too narrow and not to code. A crack formed within a week after being poured for a step down. After he stated he “was finished”, none of his employees, nor Peter bothered to clean up the construction site (when he said he did), leaving a huge amount of debris, screws, nails, boards, cups, huge rocks and trash ALL over. He was paid in full for a job he stated he completed, and didn’t. I had hired him on another occasion where he did excellent work, but this is unacceptable and he continuously blows me off. Please take your business elsewhere!
