Horrible experience. Cole Dudley ensured me he had plenty of experience installing heat pump systems in older plaster homes.
The workers we're very polite and communicated well but were not prepared because Cole did not explain the scope of the job. There was a huge amount to plaster dust in the air and covering EVERYTHING, because they did not have the proper equipment to minimize the dust, they did not even cover my belongings except to use my freshly laundered bedding and my curtains, without my permission, as tarps.
When I complained, Cole stated that they never use tarps or vacuum as they are cutting and that it was perfectly reasonable for them to use my belongings as tarps. He was then extremely rude, then quit. I will be getting a full refund of my deposit. I still have to rent an air purifier and hire a cleaning crew to help clean plaster dust off of everything on the second floor.
