Please avoid this contractor at all costs, they cut corners, threatened us, refused to fix the items found lacking from the registry of contractors then hired an attorney and refused to abide by their own contract for arbitration. Our doors and windows leak, pantry shelves were installed with 1" screws, roof leaks, stucco is cracked, brand new house not to county building codes, the list is long! Find someone else, you will be happier.
