My husband and I were anxious to fix a serious leaking roof issue. After the work began, the contractor was not clear about the dates of work to be done, and then he added charges based upon what he diagnosed as a more serious problem, to which my husband responded by paying more money. Now, the roof STILL LEAKS, and we also have an incomplete door project, both of which we paid for but, MONTHS LATER, the work has not been completed. We have paid THOUSANDS of dollars for these services, and we could not be more displeased.
