1. Dugger sold concrete I PAID FOR to my neighbor during MY JOB. 2. Mr. Dugger's work was absolutely sub-standard 3. Sent pictures of his work to Home Advisor AND they agreed the job was substandard 4. Mr. Dugger didn't leave a line between my porch and any of the concrete that was poured up to my house, then caulk it, therefore the concrete is already cracking because it can't contract or expand or drain. 5. Mr. Dugger waited too long to make the cuts across my driveway, causing an unbelievable amount of cracks, holes, defects, etc. 6. Mr. Dugger left concrete splattered all over the front of my house all the way up to the roof; Mr. Dugger advised he would paint the house if necessary after clean up and he didn't. 7. Mr. Dugger left my front yard tore up, which was mostly grass. Mr. Dugger did not clean up said mess and my front yard is now mostly dirt and gravel. 8. When the cut was created for water drainage across my porch, it does not go all the way across on either end, thereby causing no way for water to drain. 9. It appears the mold was too high on one side of the driveway, because the concrete is not flush; there are also indents in the concrete. 10. Mr. Dugger did not like that I gave him a negative review and began repeatedly calling and texting me, even AFTER I asked him to STOP. I called the police and filed a report; the PO left a VM advising Mr. Dugger to cease and desist contacting me in any manner. 11 Mr. Dugger called me AGAIN the next day. I called the police again, and left him another VM. 12. I am now resolving this issue through legal channels. 13. Hire at your own risk.
