    I wish I'd read the reviews on this contractor before hiring him for the job. Demetro is not only dishonest, he's very deceptive with his bids. He started the job but later demanded more money to complete the job citing reasons. We're going to report him to the State's Consumer Affairs. Meanwhile, don't let yourself fall for the unethical business practice of this contractor.

    We hired this contractor to do some remodeling in our kitchen and fixing the roof. We've made a big mistake and hope others wouldn't have to go through the same pain we did. This contractor was a disaster! He promised a lot but delivered very little. Be careful with the loopholes in the contract, which gives the contractor a means to cheat his customers - legally, after it's signed. Demetro also would find ways to sneak in add-cost tasks during the job to exploit more money from his customers. Read the contract very carefully before signing it! Also make sure you get a typed up copy - not a handwritten one. Demetro and his crew have no respect for quality of workmanship and can be very abusive when they're being questioned of the poor quality works they've performed. They do this to in the attempt to intimate their customers (or victims?) to submission or to back down. The best way to avoid the headaches and destruction to your home is to not dealing with this contractor all together. We wish we did not.

    Very unreliable, unprofessional and untrustworthy. Don't fall for the low bid and watch out for add-cost scheme, once you fall into their trap. As to quality of the job, very poor.
