My neighbors and I will NEVER work with this company ever again. They are the most disrespectful and miserable people to work with, mainly the owner, Russell. The work is average at best, rates are pretty much in line with any other company (no real cost savings here), and the communication is rude, disrespectful, and borderline abusive. Russell will complain and scold you to your face if you call him too many times (specifically saying “my own mother doesn’t even call me this many times” - who SAYS that to a PAYING CUSTOMER) if your heat isn’t even working after he’s been paid THOUSANDS of dollars to fix it. How this company has remained in business this long and retained customers is absolutely beyond me. On Russell’s way out he muttered to an employee that was with him, “see how fast I come when you call next time.” Don’t worry sir, you’ll never get a call from us again.
