Stay away from this company, bought a brand new house in sioux city (woodbury heights) for $200k and they do not honor their "1 year warranty", I have had water in my basement 5 times in the last year. It comes right through the walls, this shouldn't happen in a brand new house, they refuse to fix the problem. The sad thing is I even got water upstairs 3 times, ruined my hardwood floors and now they are ruined. Dunham company refuses to acknowledge that they are at fault, I wish I never bought this house!!!! Buy at your own risk!! They will tell you everything you want to hear till they get their money, then you're on your own!
