I purchased two new Dunlop homes for rentals and I’m very impressed with the build quality and finish materials. Looking at other builders homes one can see differences in counter tops plumbing and finish and overall layout that didn’t impress me as much as the Dunlop home has....Even though the build quality of the Dunlop home was better in my opinion The selling price point was comparable to other builders....

I would NEVER recommend this place. So many things wrong and they don’t do anything about it until you bug them mercilessly. I have a stuck door they’ve been notified about. They did nothing. Because of it the frame is broken. Still not fixed. We’ve called and written. Nothing. I have had many issues. Only a couple things were fixed and then I guess they figure you’ll be happy and leave them alone. Many others in neighborhood complaining about no action also. This builder will be turned into CCB board by many of us. I don’t think we’ll be the only ones. They tell you “what do you expect for this price point? “
