I recently used this business to renovate my house. Unfortunately, it proved to be a very big mistake. The project took well over a month of the expected completion because of two factors:1) the contractor works alone instead of employing a team. 2) He regularly comes in late or leaves early and misses many days while you are desperately waiting for the work to be finished. For my family, this meant weeks in hotels and having to eat out. The quality of work started out good, but was absolutely sloppy by the end. Several times he tried to say he was finished with HUGE work still to be completed. I pointed out things such as no windowsill in kitchen, gaping holes where trim should be, doors not rehung etc. In the end he "finished" without wiring backporch (which worked when he began), not hanging a mirror in the remodelled bathroom and replacing old fisture crookedly over new vanity, placing a light fixture over a ventilation fan, leaving two rooms without closet doors, and a disaster on the steps. He was paid HANDSOMELY for this job and has left me having yo hire other people to do what he was paid to do. Chris is a friendly guy, but I wouldn't hire him to build a birdhouse after this experience!
