Horrible experience! This guy would never come out and fix ANYTHING even though I had a "one year builders warranty". The real estate agent had to pay another contractor to fix an issue we were having trouble with. VERY SHOTTY WORK, house bought six years ago has major foundation problems and we had to pa 7000 dollars to replace rotting wood around the windows because he used cheap, thin wood and cheap paint. BEWARE AND RUN FROM THIS MAN!
