Durden Plumbing has been a very disappointing experience. Michael made a good first impression, but DID NOT follow through. He would say he would call or come by but then did not. I made the mistake of paying him all upfront. BIG MISTAKE. I could not refer him to anyone. SO disappointing. He still has not hooked up our tankless water heater.

Hired Durden plumbing based on a recommendation. Finished roug in under slab which passed inspection. Then he did the rough in plumbing. It was so bad we fired him, came to a payment agreement, ripped out everything he did and started over. Now we’re ready for inspection and are finding that the drains he put in don’t hold water. We are digging up concrete to unbury pipes. Should not have a license!
