Since this is my third project using Dutchy Inc. , I believe I am a fan of his work. Dutchy built an office for me, a complete kitchen remodel, and now a complete bathroom, bedroom and walk-in closet remodel. To say that I am thrilled with the work, is an understatement. He does not disappoint! So much so, I have my fourth project waiting in the wings.
Response from Dutchy, Inc April 16, 2021This involved total demo of bathroom and redo floor layout in order to accommodate a custom showerstall with a bench and 2 shower controls for him and her with rainhead 2 wands and a spout and custom clear showerdoor The whirlpool was removed in order to make place for a custom walkin closet with 25 cubicles for clothing and half hanging sections with a custom barndoor with new Vinyl plank flooring throughout. -

My husband and i bought our retirement home in 2018. A year later, discovered a leak in the bathrooms and mold seen in ceiling and walls. We hired Dutchy to do a remodel and fix up our house. During the remodel, he found plumbing issues, rot, mold and leaks throughout house. We had moved in with our daughter during the remodel and Dutchy kept us updated with all the issues and problems he discovered with phone calls, pictures and text messages. We left many decisions with Dutchy on the remodel and when we came back to see the house, it was beyond what we asked for. He made this our dream house and basically built this house from the floor up. New walls, floor, ceiling, windows, bathrooms, kitchen. I would hire Duchy for any remodeling project. He made us a beautiful retirement house. Thank you so much Dutchy.

Handicap access throughout the whole house.including grabbars in 2 custom showers with glass doors.also custom barndoor.custom kitchen 10 year warranty with marble .etc.etc. Pictures will follow. -

Dutchy was hired in 2018 to do a custom rebuild of a rundown house on a lake. I can't say enough about his workmanship. He built the entire building according to or in many cases, above code. He took care of everything from getting permits and engineering right through to building, by himself, the barn doors and hand hewn stairs from the discarded original siding. Beautiful!! He did a great deal more than we had originally planned but some serious issues came up (i.e.) termites. I would highly recommend Dutchy.
Response from Dutchy, Inc February 15, 2021Beautiful job that took 18 Months with customer out of the country together we coordinated everything but she gave me a lot of free reign in the design with the 12' X 8' slidingdoor overlooking the lake and a 20 clear overspan in the lanai on to the birdcage with new pavers a newly redone pool. Also the fireplace with a 14' chase. Popup outlets in the custom granite island with potfiller and custom spice cabinets. 4 custom bathrooms and 2 custom walkin closets. Our experience working with. Dutch is. a very enjoyable one. He walked us through the process a remodel on our kitchen and kept us up to date on things that needed to be done . He knew what he was doing. and was even done before the scheduled time. His work speaks for itself just beautiful.... i would recommend him to anybody that is in need of a great contractor.

Fireplace remodel was accomplished in spite of challenges presented by the old outdated fireplace. Old gray slate removed. New drywall. New fireplace doors and mantel using my antique corbels. Old slate hearth remodeled. Affordable. Timely. Pleasant. Honest. Attention to detail. Highly recommended.

This is my second project with Dutchy. My first was building and office and this one was a complete kitchen remodel. When I tell you that I LOVE everything about my new kitchen, that’s an understatement. He was clean, reliable knowledgeable and friendly! I can’t say enough about him and his work. Our bathrooms will be the next project!!

Dutchy was hired to build a $65,000 addition onto our home. Every time he got money we didn’t hear from him for a while. When he did show up, he didn’t do things correctly and professionally and ultimately ruined my house. I had to fire him because he refused to fix the many problems that he had caused. He just made excuse after excuse. He talks in circles and blames everyone but himself. I am now out $32,000+ and have a damaged home. Please do not hire this man.

We contracted Dutchy to build our rather large upper deck for us. The price he quoted us was very reasonable but the over all finished product was way beyond our expectations. Dutchy went above and beyond, creating the deck of our dreams. He added special touches and customizations that he knew we would enjoy. Dutchy was a joy to have working at our house. He is very trustworthy and his wife Cherry was a treat. Dutchy built our deck with the upmost care as if he were building it for himself paying close attention to every detail. He is and should be very proud of his work. We have nothing but excellent things to say about Dutchy and would highly recommend him to anyone who's seeking an excellent product produced with care and craftsmanship!

Dutchy remodeled our kitchen and dining area this spring. In our initial meeting to discuss the project we found him to be very knowledgeable and willing to make our ideas work. We immediately felt assured of his work ethic when we received an exceptionally detailed quote.
He far surpassed our expectations in attention to detail and workmanship. His efforts resulted in a beautiful highly functional kitchen which maximized our limited space. The dining room now has a fresh updated look.
Six months later, and it is still an absolute joy to walk into that space, and we have the pleasure of receiving the compliments for his outstanding work.

I just moved here from Massachusetts and heard about Dutchy from my brother (he just remodeled his kitchen and it came out beautiful). I bought a small house with a galley kitchen and told Dutchy it was too small. He went right to work drawing up plans for an addition. My kitchen is breathtaking. I couldn't of asked for more. Dutchy does everything himself because he wants it perfect. If there is a problem he always finds a solution. He is the best contractor you will ever find. I am so happy he came when I needed him. He has done many projects at my house. Very fast, dependable and honest. Thanks again Dutchy.

Thank you Mr. Dutchy and team for your excellent work in building a 10 - 12 ft. shed with concrete floor, electric, AC and stucco. All was built to specification and according to county permit. Thank you for the beautiful pavers which covered our cement patio and the solid installation of a screened area to cover half of our patio. Pavers all nicely sealed and installed... Just beautiful... There is no doubt that you have an excellent expertise in the building trade... We will now look forward in the months ahead to employing your expertise in redoing two bathrooms, removing ceramic tiles, carpets and installing hardwood floors in addition to replacing the front door, windows and sliding doors. We hired Dutchy, Inc. to add a large room/laundry room/walk-in closet on our tiny house. We interviewed several area contractors before making a decision and we are so glad we chose Dutchy. He is fairly priced, honest and his work is impeccable. He chooses high-quality material and sub-contractors also do high quality work. We are so please with our room, that we offered him more work to upgrade windows and siding on the "old" house. Completely pleased with his work and we recommend him to everyone. Top notch work performed on demolishing and rebuilding our chimney casing into a stronger structure. He is on time, meets his work deadlines, professional and delivers a best in class quality of work. This guy is the real deal " No Problem Man", If you need a very good contractor this is the person to contact. Dutchy remodeled a large master bathroom for us. The bathroom was totally gutted. All the drywall was replace, including the ceiling. A 6' X 11' section was of the bath was closed off and made into a walk-in closet. The old tub/shower was replaced with a stand alone shower, a separate jacuzzi tub, new toilet and vanity. The entry door to the bath was replaced with a larger one.The project required major modifications to the plumbing and electrical connections. Dutchy's work was outstanding. My wife and I could not be happier with the results. This bathroom looks like it should be in an upscale model home. Thanks Dutchy for a job well done.

This guy Dutch is the most honest person I have ever met. For his work that was done, Dutch completely remodeled my office and kitchen. My wife and I love the job that was done and we constantly, at least twice a week, are reminded of the perception of a high end look for a fair commendation. If I could guarantee you, It will be a job done more than your expectation.
