DW Brock almost cost us our dream home. The quality of work that he did in attempting to build our home was terrible and is now being repaired by another builder. He advertised as a green builder which is absolutely false, using the Energy Star logo until they contacted him and told him to remove it from his advertising because he was not Energy Star certified. When we refused anymore draws until he acoounted for the money he was taking and because little to no work was being done he came back and said he had underbid our house and wanted another $100,000.00+. We are still hearing from others who have had the same type of experiences with him. If you live in the area and are considering hiring him I strongly encourage you to ask around, ask other contractors, building supply stores, subcontractors, etc.
