This is a self employed owner who does good work so that's a plus. The problems I had is he claims to be so busy since he doesn't have any employees he doesn't need or care to have your business. He's extremely hard to get in contact with, but he's quick to contact you to pay the bill. When you finally do get a hold of him for maintenance or repairs it takes forever for him to schedule an appointment so don't call this guy if you need something right away or if it's an emergency. Be prepared to pay a lot more than you would from other companies. He recently got a helper to assist with the work, so be ready to pay twice the amount you would for labor. With other companies they charge you a set fee for labor an hour no matter how many employees show up, not this owner. Instead you will be charged labor an hour for each person that shows up to your residence or business. That being said, if labor cost 90 an hr don't be surprised when you get a bill for 180 hr because a helper showed up to assist in getting the job done. You are better off going with a company that won't rip you off with hidden fees expecting you not to notice, someone who you can actually contact and guarantees their work.
