The Owner Danial Miller told my husband he needed an advance on construction loan or the job would be halted, he said he would reimburse my husband once the funds were released from the bank. He took the money and never returned. Parts of our home is in shambles, other parts are unfinished but livable, other parts have to be completely re-done. We are looking into legal action against this contractor.

I found Mr. Miller to be an extremely talented craftsman. He labored over our entire project making sure that everything was perfect and that we were happy with the final result. I found his rates to be very reasonable and possibly lower than he should charge. I have used him on several smaller projects and two sizeable ones. I would not hesitate to call him again.
