    Painting outside house and water heater purchase and installation

    BEWARE!!!!!!!!!! This man is a crook and a liar!!! My 81 year old aunt paid him for a job that he hadn't even finish before soliciting himself for another. And because my aunt thought he was an honorable man, she paid him again! This time $700 for a replacement water heater that was leaking in June! I contacted him at the same number listed above. In the vm greeting he instructs callers to leave their name and number to receive a call back. It took him more than a week to call me back. (Maybe because he thought I was inquiring about him doing a job). He then told me he would be there a few days after the call. He didn't... gave me another day... no call no show. I happen to find someone close to him and reached out. He then called me back 2 hours after he was supposed to meet me to install the $700 water heater. Thank God he actually came!! After 4 months, some investigations, and contacting people close to him. I definitely believe this man thought he was just getting over on an old 81 year old woman. He met the right one!

    Like all the others!!! HORRID HORRID HORRID. This man is sickening. played games by not calling and informing if to show up or not. Tries to spin conversation and make it seem like you are in the wrong and that he informed you on the status of the duties he was to complete in the house. wrote up a a surpassingly contract that wasn't itemize. He knew I didn't know the ins and outs about obtaining a contractor so he played on me not knowing the standards of hiring a contractor had the audacity to expect sums of money when he didn't complete the job(s)

WE FILED CHARGES AGAINST HIM IN DEC. 2021. WE ARE STILL FIGHTING IN COURT. PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH DWAYNE E. SANDERS CONSTRUCTION.

    I would not hire this guy to change my lite bulb. This guy will promise you the sky and run away with it when your not looking. His work is sloppy, he is very unprofessional. Do yourself a favor don't get involve with this guy. We had to pay some else to go behind this guy. The young lady was right in the previous review he will take your money and disappear. We got tired of waiting we hired someone else and will deal with this character in court.

    Please please do not hire this guy to do your job. He is a horrible contractor. He does not complete your jobs. He does not show up days and days or some times weeks at a time to your job. He is very unprofessional by having unskilled ppl work on your job. He shows you a fake contractor insurance card. And he tries to get his customers to pay for things on their credit card so your stuck with the bill for example he will try to get you to order a dumpster and tell you one price for it but when the ppl pick the dumpster up because it's over weight they put the additional charges on your card and Dwayne does not reimburse you because by that time he disappears of your job. He can not except a check from you because he can not get a bank account because of some issues he has . He has gotten arrested numerous times and it's a possibility that could happen while he working on your job. He tries to move around so nobody catches up with him . 6809 clearview street is where he currently resides so if anyone needs to bring a lawsuit against him . Because I surely am.

    Please stay far away from this business. Dwayne Sanders the owner is extremely shady and his business is very fraudulent.

    We paid Dwayne Sanders to renovate our home and after we paid him he disappeared for a month before starting the job. After we contracted the realtor that recommended him, it's then he rushed to do a sloppy paint job in our home.Then he disappeared again and then again. He never finished our home and we had to hire another contractor after waiting on Dwayne Sanders for almost 5 months.

    So please do your research with this contractor, I wished I did.
