Dwell went above and beyond for our addition. Anytime we had to make changes or didn’t like something, Rowland and Austin were very accommodating. They always worked around our schedule. Craftsmanship is excellent as well.

Rowland and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. We live in an old house and needed more space for our kids to play and our family to entertain. Rowland listened to my challenges with the house (no storage in the kitchen, no place for the kids to go, etc.) and provided me with the solution I was looking for. His team of carpenters, plumbers, and electricians were warm and friendly, and very professional. I especially miss not having Kevin and his son, Justin around. It felt like they became my buddies since I work from home.

Rowland took me along for every step, making sure I was giving materials, colors, etc. the green light before he did installations. We don't necessarily have the same taste, but he learned what I liked quickly and was able to make suggestions based on my preferences. We now have a beautiful bright kitchen with all the storage in the world and a finished basement for our kids. We have new hardwood floors throughout the entire downstairs and a brand new full bath that used to be a pretty crummy half bath. It feels like a new house but still has the charm of our old space.

My neighbors also made comments that the guys were respectful of their property and they were not very disturbed by this long renovation.

My only regret is that we didn't do the entire house. But when we are ready to do the upstairs, we will definitely reach out to Dwell Renovations again.

Dwell Renovations did an outstanding job remodeling our kitchen. They provided high quality work with attention to details. Rowland helped design and develop an excellent layout of our new extended kitchen. He uses high quality materials and skilled craftsmen. Everything was taken care of from demolition, framing, electrical, plumbing, sheetrock, flooring, painting, and to skilled cabinet installation. Rowland is reliable and always reachable. You can be certain that the job will be done right, to high standards, and the results will look fantastic!

This was for a total master bathroom redo. Working with Roland and his crew was a very good experience. Rowland listened to what we wanted to do. He brought his expertise to enable us to get what we wanted. We were able to choose all of the products that went into our dream bathroom. Kevin gutted the bathroom, reconfigured walls and the shower area, and did all of the tile work. He is the nicest person to work with and is very hard working. I recommend Dwell Renovations LLC. We are very satisfied with the finished master bathroom suite.

Dwell Renovations built a great room onto our house. This addition really helped make the house feel like a home. Working with Rowland and his many tradesmen was really easy. Rowland really takes care of everything. He helps with making sure your vision is what he is building and he takes care of all permitting! Everyone who came to work on house was friendly and most importantly worked in a timely manner. We finished our room on time and on budget, and most importantly the room is exactly what we envisioned. We definitely recommend Rowland and Dwell Renovations, and know that we will continue to work with them to improve our house in the future.

Had Dwell do a complete renovation of our lake side ranch, and we couldn't be happier. The attention to detail was beyond my expectations, Roland believes there is only one way to do something, the right way! He understood our vision and his knowledgeable suggestions always made our ideas better. All of the materials were top notch and the trades people knew their crafts. Whenever we had a concern or question and called Roland, he responded quicker than my own kids. Since the project took a few months he and the workers felt like family.
Costs were clearly laid out on paper so there were no surprises. In a few instances we altered the plans (like adding a garage) and were able to discuss costs before proceeding. Roland handled all the permits and inspections were completed smoothly.
Our 'new' home is better than I could have imagined and I give Dwell Reno. full credit for doing such an amazing job.

To take time out of my busy day to review this contractor speaks volumes. I had extensive exterior work done to my home from roof to siding to gutters to deck. Without exception, every single person that worked on my house was highly skilled, friendly and approachable, but what most impressed me was that they worked on my home with the care and attention that they would to their own. The owners are always available to you to answer any questions at any time, not only in the beginning, but throughout the entire job, unlike other contractors who forget who you are after about a week and never see again. You can truly trust this firm and rest assured you will get the best possible job done at a completely fair price. My house is beautiful now and is complimented often. Do not hesitate to hire Dwell for any project around the house, inside or out.

What can I say? Working with Dwell was a first class experience from start to finish! We put a new roof on our house, siding and installed new windows and exterior doors. The transformation of our 72 year old Cape Shore House was incredible. People would drive by and stop if we were outside and compliment the new look. And the neighbors were blown away. We also had Dwell redesign and install our New Kitchen which is absolutely amazing. And they redesigned our TV Room as well as our Laundry/Slash Utility Room.
