Paid this business on March 29th for a job that we were told would take 8 days to complete. 3 months later and the job has not been completed AND Wayne Phaup will not return any of my phone calls. I feel like we have been robbed and lied to. Very disappointed in the service we have gotten and hope that no one else falls into this trap.

Do not use this crook ! His flunky came to my 2 year home to see why my air conditioning wasn't working which was installed by his company. He was suppose to warranty the system for 5 years per my contractor. His flunky told me I needed 8.5 pounds of freon @ $55 a pound, and a $90 dollar service call. Needless to say I ran him off. I found a reputable service person which came out and put almost 3 pounds in it and now is working. Then I have since found out he was suppose to install a 3 ton unit and only installed a 2.5, which is too small. This is only a small version of what has really gone on, but it's not over yet!! I wouldn't even give him a 1 star but had to to post this.
