    All complaints have been documented by picture or video. Utilized adjoining property as their construction zone without home owner permission. Had to file a cease and desist. Created hazardous damages due to digging over the property line and leaving it without fixation (still not fixed). Caused multiple damages to neighboring driveway including cracking the concrete and leaving tears through asphalt caused by heavy machinery. Owner of DY refuses to acknowledge the damage, has been volatile and threatening throughout this process. Just all around poor business practice.

    Built my house

    This builder cuts many corners. I had several windows that were not sealed properly and several in which they even failed to install flashing. The results were thousands of dollars in water damage. The worst part is the builder was not responsive in several attempts to connect in order to address the issue. Sloppy and unprofessional. Stay away.
