If I could give MINUS 100 stars, I would! I worked with Richard as a Realtor with my buyers that paid cash for a new construction condo in Gaines Twp (Creekside Villas). The project wasn't even close to quality for the price paid. My buyers still have issues that were NEVER addressed as promised before close by Richard! They have drywall screws popping EVERYWHERE within their condo. Early on my buyers brought it to Richard's attention that he was building their condo over standing water (about 2-3 feet deep). Richard promised that would not be an issue and if it was he would add drains. They still have standing water around the outside of their condo, the condo is built on a slab so the buyers are certain that water seeps under the cement slab even. They have asked for this to be remedied MANY times and yet it's never been addressed. Richard NEVER remedied either issue. My buyers paid for extras that were not done ever, like hot and cold water in the garage. Richard added a band-aid to this which was NOT what my buyer's paid extra for when they started the build contracts. The walls inside the condo are all uneven and not straight. I could go on but I think I've made my point. DO NOT BUILD WITH THIS BUILDER! Also he has a silent partner that my buyer's attorneys cannot get the name of this partner to sue. They tend to change their name with each development they build. They are charging top dollar for very poor workmanship!
