When we bought a home, they tore down an existing room that did not meet specifications - and then built another room exactly like we wanted it to be. They asked about details and had no problem changing some parts of the plan when we discussed them. Everyone was very nice and very helpful. The work was finished much sooner than I had expected, and it is excellent. I would recommend this company to everyone looking for construction work.
