He showed up which is important and the only reason he will have a 2 instead of a 1 star.
Dyanmic Home Improvements would not submit to the following terms:
a) Progress and final installation inspection by home owners agent (qualified person)
b) Agree to follow manufacturers installation recommendations and have such language entered in the contract
c) Provide proof of insurance
Unfortunatley with all of the predetory contracting on the older people in the greater Pittsburgh area, such measures are required. In our estimation, a contractor not willing to discuss such terms and conditions in a contract requires further scrutiny. Suffice is to say he got up from the tabnle and left quickly when pressed.
