Dynamic Plumbing were contracted through Design Tech Homes to plumb a band new house. While we haven’t had any issues with the actual plumbing work, their aftercare service and attitude is absolutely disgraceful. I have a problem with a water heater which they say is not covered by their warranty so I have to contact the manufacturer. My big problem is that they can’t tell me which water heater feed which bathroom in a house that they plumbed from scratch. Then told me that they are not staffed in such a way to send someone to identify the problem for me. Seemed perfectly happy to take thousands upon thousands of dollars during construction, but can’t be bothered to even tell me which water heater supplies which bathroom. Shouldn’t be surprised if they align themselves with Design Tech Homes.
