My experience with this contractor is horrible. He demands money up front "for supplies and good faith." It took him 5 months to take the roof off of my deck and start priming it, he didn't even finish priming it. He took off from my job to work on other people's projects and he went to the Carolinas after the hurricane "to help them" with total disregard for my project. He did this after I gave him money for supplies and tore up my deck leaving it unusable for five months. Also, he has no regard for his tools. He left his tools out in the weather for months.
I have recently learned that this contractor has gotten into trouble in Calcasieu parish for taking a large sum of money from a homeowner and not producing any supplies or labor for the money he took out of "good faith" and to purchase supplies for their job.
I highly recommend that all stay away from this contractor and never give any money upfront.
