I was so happy with my service. He was nice and explained what was wrong with my a/c. And got out to my house the same day. I would recommend him to my friends and family.

I would never recommend Dynamo heating and air because I paid you guys for a service you came out to my house put refrigerant in my unit and it's frozen up and it's not working and you will not respond to my call or the agency-AHS- that hired you as a contractor to do the work. You were friendly until you receive payment after you got paid you never followed up when I called to tell you that my unit was still not working. That is what I call bad business.

Dynamo was out and repaired my HVAC very quickly and explained everything to me. The 1 star makes no sense as AHS only allows the techs to do minimal work first. You probably have other issues as well. If you were that low in refrigerant and then you cranked it down so low you probably caused your own issues.
