Will Curry and his partner Ivie Shelton scam me out of $10,000 in rehab money along with over $5700 in lost rents. I am an out of state investor who relied on them to help me buy, fix-up and rent a property in Michigan. They did a small amount of work on the invoice, sent me pictures that they selectively chose, then charged me the full amount. The property sat empty for 5 months and every time I asked them why they couldn't get it rented, they had a different excuse. After I finally gave up on them and switched property management companies, I found out the reason for myself. The property was in shambles and still needed $10,000 in repairs.
