The exterior paint job was okay AFTER I took responsibility for checking everything and had to point out poor coverage, missed areas, drips of 2nd color over 1st color, etc. Interior paint job was a disaster. They didn't follow my instructions as to easiest way to remove wallpaper and wasted nearly a whole day. Then they tried to rush through the second day of painting, leaving areas unpainted, some areas grossly sloppy, uneven cutting in, bad taping, etc. I had to sand down the door and the biggest window frame and repaint them myself. Also had to repaint all the corners and most of the walls. These guys will not take proper responsibility, are totally negligent in planning, timing, and execution. Will NEVER hire them again.

While I ended up not needing the work done at this time because things changed and therefore did not actually even speak with the contractor, his initial response was quick and I appreciated it.

I had a dryer vent that was plugged up and in need of repair. David did an excellent job of finding the blockage, cleaning the vent, repairing a large hole in the vent and talking me through all of the steps while I watched. He is knowledgeable and good communicator. I would hire him for more work.
