This company started off on the right foot but due to the contractor hiring subcontractors and not being present there were a number of miscommunications that were handled very poorly. I believe that his absence caused the majority of problems. When I questioned some of the work he became defensive and blamed me. The first instance was the floor tiles were not calculated correctly resulting in 9 short. More were ordered. Grout didn’t match. They were in a hurry to get to another job and sealed them although the grout didn’t match. I paid him in since the job was technically done. When I contacted him to ask for a solution he wouldn’t respond. Then I saw that the sink had no accessible shut off valves. I again contacted him. He started yelling at me, calling me names and told me everything was my fault. Unless you have a legal contract specifying every detail in order I would strongly advise against
