This is regarding the apartment complex at 143 S. Ave 54. The plumbers were rude, left trash on the premises, and did not communicate well with the apartment management company. Tenants were subject to the scheduling whims of the plumbers. They also messed up on installing a certain size pipe, and had to re-enter our units AGAIN, after promising us they wouldn't, because the city inspection failed.
