This is Adriana Ramirez from Mission, TX. This company was the one that installed my HVAC on my new home back in August 2019. I called them because one of the units was not working like it should. I questioned the warranty and because I did this company now expects to be paid before services are rendered, apparently it is "company policy". I have never heard of a such policy in my 55 years of life. When I initially scheduled the appointment Julie was not in the office and was going to call me back to confirm the time, but instead she was just too eager and concerned to charge me and never confirmed a time. I had a family emergency on the date of the appointment and I attempted to call Julie several starting at 8 am. She never called me back nor did she respond to a text that I had sent. I had to call the Laredo office to communicate my concerns. The Laredo office resolved my issue within less than 5 minutes, so it was obvious that Julie from the Edinburg office was avoiding my calls. I am a disabled veteran and I was taught well from my parents, the last thing I would do is NOT pay for services I have requested. So if your looking for someone to repair you AC units think twice before choosing this company.

Bought a home in 2022 and was a mess fiberglass flying out of the air ducts and also I called several times to check my coils see if it was clean. 2 techs said everything was fine. I had to hire and outside company to inspect they took pictures of their ugly messy job where all insulation was showing inside the ducts. They didn’t properly installed them. Also the coil and air handler was super dirty with white construction powder. I guess it was operated during construction without a filter. I had to remediate the issue and redo the air ducts all over gain. A project that cost me a few thousands for their lousy , negligence job!!!! Beware
