EECAR is a very experienced and skilled contractor. They pride themselves on completing a project on time and delivering a high-end product. As an investor, I worked with them on the 211 Mora st project in Santa Cruz CA. (2015) the building had a 2-year schedule for completion, EECAR finished in one and saved me and other investors 1 year in interest rates replacing it with 1 year of rent. The building is beautiful and beholds an impressive array of skilled construction. They are the real deal, true professionals, skilled workers, and very knowledgeable in their field of work. I would highly recommend everyone to work with this company based on 1. Time completion 2. The quality of product 3. Competitive budget pricing.

Crooks. Do not finish projects, ignore door width codes, do not know how to properly install windows, leave out major vapor barriers and vents under roofs, overcharge by taking time as prices rise for materials, do not know how to instal plumbing/toilets, ignored ADA in my unit... and so many more. EECar has cost 18 units in a 2010 project a lot. My unit is one. Bad. Bad. Bad.
