This company is terrible! My home warranty company assigned them to fix a broken window AC unit. They came out and did an inspection. I was not super impressed with the guy that came out. Then two weeks later after many calls and voicemails left to the vendor that have not been returned, my AC is still not fixed and I have no idea when to expect a return call. Do not use them.

So far not happy at all! They missed my first appointment which I stayed home for...when they came out the next day, the technician spent all of 15minutes inspecting things and came to the conclusion that my ac unit that has been nothing short of a workhorse for 13 years decided not to work because the filter was dirty. Granted it was very filthy and usually I change my filters 2-3 times a year....better than most I think. Still, even though I had a filter in hand he would not change it without an additional charge. He REASSURED me this was the only problem with the ac unit.....after changing the filter, to my surprise(sarcasm), it still didn't cool worth a damn. I now have to wait another week in 95 degree weather for yet another appointment because of this companies EXPERTISE evaluation that my dual zone ac unit is not cooling because of a dirty filter. I can only hope that this week they send someone who might invest 20minutes to actually unscrew something and evaluate the compressor. I will gladly change my rating if and when they send out someone competent to keep a long standing contract with my home warranty company in good standing.....the ball is in your court EJN, will you make it right?
