Please stay away!!! The only reason he has 1 star is because I cannot put a 0... My family recently hired (Itshak Ochi) for a renovation in October. The job was never completed and all the workers walked off the job and never returned. E&O will not return any of my E-mails, texts or phone calls. He basically stole 45,000 from my family. I will be making a complaint with the NY department of consumer Affairs. I really don't know how Itshak Ochi can sleep at night.
