This guy did a horrendous job fixing a pipe leak (it is still leaking) and he did not secure pipes so now it is causing other issues. He also advocated for doing something not to code. And for his final act, he asked for money for a part he needed to order to fix a heater. He took the money and never came back. Thief.

By David B.July 27, 2020extend a gas line from front of the house to backyard for a firepit$1,570
We had Joshua install a gas line from the front of the house to the backyard for a fire pit. We had plenty of negative issues, but the biggest and the most important was the lack of work to code and safety. For instance, he did not fasten pipes to walls, parts of the yellow gas line was exposed to sun, the gas line was not buried to proper depth, as well as he did not add a shut off valve. It was a horrendous job. We had to have the work completely redone. In addition, we asked him to fix these mistake after we were told his work wasn't to code, but he did not respond. You can see by his actions, money and not safety is his primary concern.

Josh Palacios did the plumbing portion of my bathroom remodel in October 2020. He moved my shower drain, installed new copper pipe to mixing valve and shower head. He moved toilet shut off valve, installed toilet and bathroom sink/hardware. Within a month, my toilet was leaking. 10 months after installation, my shower is leaking into the wall and floor behind it. I have water damage and all the soldering he did is problematic. I was told by a master plumber he used the wrong solder to join the pipes and valve. Wow! $4800 to fix just the shower! I hope the toilet solder holds.
I tried to reach him at the number listed above (310.426.4316) and was told it was a kids phone, wrong number, and stop harassing us. Ha,ha,ha! What a joke!! Really?? Wrong number?? Not!!
In addition: the toilet wobbles, while installing the sink drain, he managed to move the floating vanity leaving a huge gap between counter and backsplash, he was always late or just didn’t show up, and asked for money for supplies up front. Save yourself a lot of trouble and Do NOT hire this fool!!
