My friend/Realtor Henry Wang referred me to Ernesto. I called him and he was able to give me a bid the very next day. I received 6 bids and Ernesto was the only one who really wanted the job. He went on vacation and kept in touch with me and was able to do the work when he returned. He always recommends synthetic double layer underlayment because it protects more and it's cooler on the roof in the summer months than tar paper. Plus the roof will last for 40 years vs. 20. He told me he's been in business for around 12 years. Ernesto was very responsive and extremely reliable. His crew worked on my roof for 5 days and always cleaned up afterwards. I will definitely recommend him moving forward.

Ernesto + his Crew were AWESOME... clean, quick + efficient!!! It ended up taking 3 days for our roof to be completed *but* that was because of rain (= I've already referred him + am awaiting a bid to replace our backyard patio.

He will not honor roof's warranties if the homeowner does not pay $250 for the warranty. Scam!!!!

Ernesto and his crew did a great job with our roof replacement this year. They finished the job within 2 days which we were really happy about and they left our yard cleaner than it was when they got there. They even loaded away some yard debris (palm fronds and leaves) just to be nice. Great service and great company!

Ernesto and his team did a top notch job with my whole roof replacement and came in at a cost well below his competitors. Fixed wood issues that needed to be fixed without gauging me with a lot of extra costs. Went out of his way to paint the vents grey to make them more visually appealing with the black shingles. Would highly recommend E&S roofing for any foofing job big or small.
