    Complete siding tear-off and reinstall, paint foundation, fascia and soffit to match

    Devin was indeed easy to work with at first, but as the project (complete siding tear off and reinstall) progressed, we started noticing areas of poor or negligent workmanship. After we repeatedly called him out on these issues, he decided to walk off the job rather than deal with them, leaving us with over $6000 in unfinished work and repairs. He gave us a $450 discount on a $24,000 job, and demanded payment for work he never completed. Devin never responded to a letter sent by our attorney, then, after three months, proceeded to place a lien on our house and sue us for breach of contract, despite the fact that he quit! We just had to repair another leak caused by the poor caulk job failing in less than nine months. The end product might look good on the surface, but underneath and under close inspection you are likely to find errors and omissions. Extremely disappointed.

    We had a hail storm and it damaged our roof. When I had the insurance guy come out he said there was no damage. I had E3 come out and do an inspection to see if there was any damage. Devin and Jason came out, inspected everything and worked with our insurance company to have the damage fixed. They helped us get a new roof, gutters, new garage door, siding and windows wrapped.
