Before beginning work on our apartment, and during our renovations, Enver and his crew were very kind and professional. However, once the initial work was completed, several projects were left uncompleted and the quality of work overall was shoddy (poor tiling/grout work, poorly installed doors, dishwasher not mounted properly and more). We paid them on time and clearly communicated our grievances on numerous occasions. In fact, Enver agreed to show up to complete his work three separate times, but failed to show up each time, often providing outlandish excuses.
If we had known that the work wouldn't get done, there is no way we would have gone forward with Enver as a contractor. We are now living that regret--and the cost of fixing those mistakes--and don't want to see other people have the same experience.
