My experience with this contractor is probably similar to other home builders: They promise quality construction, and are challenged to keep that promise. Several construction problems during the building, and many of them were addressed. But these "solutions" came at the high price of delayed completion and ineffective communication. Fairly frustrating is the final word.

I bought an Eagle home in Feb 2021 and I have had nothing but problems. The drywall is very cheap you can push you finger through the drywall. If you buy a house from Eagle construction, you should insure you get everything fixed before you sign the closing papers because they will not be back to fix anything without a hassle. Their Sod is the cheapest they can find. Your yard will look horrible within two weeks. Oh ya there is no warranty on the Sod, so you are stuck with crap until you fix it your self. Eagle has a 90 and 120 day warranty which is a joke. They have not fixed half the things from my initial walk thru. If you are looking for a good builder, please look somewhere else.
