These guys were great. They took the time to learn my pain points and fears of working with a contractor. They held pre-draw meetings with me prior to submitting for draws. They made sure I was satisfied from start to finish. If you are in need of a contractor this is the company for you. They pay attention to detail, and made me feel appreciated throughout my project. The best part was their initial pricing was very close to the final cost. They do not try to low ball then create cost over runs with change orders. This is your builder! I will certainly be utilizing Eagle Eye Services again.

The entire experience was stressful. Very unprofessional with a lack of respect for the customer who ultimately pays for the work. Instead, looks to the bank for draws and closing without communicating work progress with client or if the client is satisfied. Had to request same items be addressed numerous times because they would not refer to initial punch list. Bad quality work and bad attitude when concerns/issues arise. They requested additional money to repair their bad work. Had to go behind and correct work and other issues they refused to address. Continue to find issues and unwilling to contact for warranty as they were very difficult to deal with.

My experience with Eagle Eye Resources was nothing short of amazing. These guys took their time to development a plan that was in my budget and walk me through the entire process. They took my bar which was originally out dated in design and turned it into a full UPSCALE lounge! The look on my customers face each week when they come patronize my business never gets old to me. I appreciate the constant communication as well as the updates in the client portal. Each week I knew what they were working on and how long it would take without having to bother them lol. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a Licensed General Contractor!!
