    They did very good work and were very professional. I would recommend getting a solid estimate with all parameters clearly defined. It is very expensive work and we had "unforseen" issues arise. I felt that it should have been something that they should have noticed before starting work. We also received a bill from a third party engineering firm for services they provided on behalf of Eagle Lift. We passed that on to Eagle Lift and have not heard about It since. Just be aware of all the players involved and what you are signing your name to. It is always tricky when dealing with foundation work, and the unexpected is possible. Also, I would recommend getting detailed photos of all the walls, Windows and doors of the interior in case there is damage caused by the work done. Finally, do your homework, research all your options, and know what you are talking about when you sign a contract.

    Eaglelift did the foundation repairs on my home. Sunk 13 piers to raise a sinking foundation and repaired the cracks inside and outside my home. I didn't hire them, my builder did and my builder also paid the bill, I don't even know what the work cost. They did a good job though, very professional and everything looked great when they were finished.
