As others have stated, great start then everything changed. Once I signed they ghosted. The work was sporadic and with no warning - a week would go by with no one coming and it got worse once I moved out. Despite emails and calls, directions I gave would be forgotten and they would do something else than be surprised that I complained. Or tell me that what I wanted was a bad idea. The crew left food in the house and on the ground outside. The debris pile was never removed and contained food and bottles and nailed boards...(shudder). Many things were messy or not done well. And they did things that were just unsafe - left a ditch in the yard for months, they installed outdoor outlets without covers, they turned off the fridge and all the food rotted. It was a terrible experience that isn't even over yet. I'm exhausted and contractors bidding to finish the work have found errors based not the plans, and generally poor work.
