It was a pleasure to use Earhart Construction for our home remodeling project! James was onsite each day and took the time to answer all our questions during the construction process. He is quite knowledgeable and is very meticulous. Two or three times a week, he completed a walk through holding our hand along the way. Earhart Construction was the most qualified contractor for our build by far! We will definitely recommend and use James and his crews for future projects! Thank you for a job well done! It was a huge job, including removing everything from under the house. Joists had rotted and needed replacing among other things. Some contractors didn't even want to tackle it, but James made it look simple (which it was not).

We hired Earhart Construction to complete a kitchen remodel in our home. The project was handled professionally and Mr. Earhart was personally available to answer questions throughout the project. His background in both building and engineering reflected in his attention to detail! He was even able to credit a portion of our contract when he noticed our plans could be modified to use standard versus custom materials. At the end of the remodel, we were so pleased with the work, we hired Earhart Construction to also complete our master bathroom. We can't say enough about Mr. Earhart and his workers!

My wife and I contracted with Earhart Construction for our deam home. Mr. Earhart guided us through the construction process and provided one-on-one walk throughs as building progressed. The attention to each detail was far above our expectations! For our annual warranty inspection, Mr. Earhart personally met with us to perform the evaluation. His inspection of the home was very thorough and the minor nail pops and sheetrock cracking due to the heating/cooling cycle was addressed in a timely manor. We will definately use Earhart Construction in the future and highly recommend them to friends and family!

I hired Earhart construction after leak significantly damaged my kitchen and floors. James did a great job with the work and helping me navigate the complexities of the insurance claim. Furthermore, he completed the job while I was still living in the condo with minimal to no intrusion on my day to day life. Overall, I was very pleased. I have detailed out some of the criteria that I judge a contractor on how James performed.
-Initial Quote/pricing: James’ quoting process was incredibly detailed and transparent. He clearly explained the costs for materials, labor and his profit margin. Not only was his quote the best that I received but I also felt the most comfortable with it because of the transparency. I am very pleased with the value I received.
-Communication: James either answered the phone every time I called or called me back within a reasonable time. Additionally, he had no problems working directly with my insurance carrier and resolved several issues with the adjuster.
-Quality of work: It is easy to see that James takes great pride in the quality of his work. I found no defects in any of the work he did, and he also held his subcontractors to the same standard. Additionally, James took steps to make sure his work had minimal intrusion on our daily life. Lastly James hired a professional cleaner to clean the place after the job had finished which was a nice touch.
Overall, I am glad James took the job even though it was smaller than the usual scope of his work. If I am ever in need of contractor services in the future I will definitely reach out to him again.
