I thought I would never see him again !We ran him out of the Sacramento construction scene for substandard practices and over charging the customers and a number of unscrupulous acts ! His favorite victims are the elderly . This is the kind of guy that gives contractors a bad name . He has a problem paying a fair wage also , and owes numerous people in the trail he has left !!! Beware get it in writing before !!!!!
