We love Greg's work. He has re-roofed our house (or parts of it) a couple of times. His quotes are accurate, his work is efficient, and the roof looks great. Highly recommend.

    Don't do it

I can not speak to the quality of work as they never started the job. I'd signed a contract to have Greg do my roof on June 11th. He'd previously indicated he could start 'a few weeks after that'. I had several exchanges with him, starting at the end of July, trying to get a definitive start date that were met with vague responses (I.E. "Shouldn't be much longer", "Just finishing up a few jobs that went longer than expected", etc.). On October 1st I called him and he didn't know who I was to which I replied, "The guy that's been waiting 4 months for you to start my roof", to which he replied, "Is that supposed to be a wise answer?". Needless to say any chance of having him do my roof ended at that moment. My suggestion would be, if you are someone who doesn't mind being put on hold and given misinformation by your contractor, then OLD NEW ENGLAND RESTORATIONS may be just the contractor for you. If you prefer a contractor that is respectful of your time and the fact that you are the customer, you may want to look elsewhere.
