DO NOT HIRE Paul Ucman II - Earth Concepts. We are so sorry that we ever contracted him to do work for us. From the time the job started, it has been nothing but problem after problem. He took thousands of dollars from us and the work that has been completed is horrible. The job has not been finished and we have tried to contact him several times. Since he knew we were very unhappy and wanted things repaired, he and his crew have never bothered to come back to fix or complete the work. The concrete is already chipping and breaking up, it is uneven, pitted, and the worst we have ever seen. Nothing that we agreed upon was done. Very unprofessional! They made a mess of our yard, left tools and garbage everywhere while they were on site. They did not have the necessary tools or equipment to do the job. Worst of all, they damaged other items at our home while doing the faulty work.

DO NOT USE this contractor. Look them up on rip off report on them. They do poor quality and just want your money. Stay AWAY!! They did work for us that is faulty and never came back to fix it. Once they get your money you will never hear or see from them again.

A FRAUD. Very poor work and you can see that he and his crew do NOT know what they are going. So much screaming & yelling. Wish I would have searched the Internet for websites like this. Wish I would have taken photos. We were told to go to court if not resolved.
