    They made it so easy to get my projects done. I had a random list of a few electrical changes, adding lights, and running plumbing for a laundry sink.     Juan and his crew took on my remodel with gusto. 6 interior walls came down, a ceiling, new windows, front door location change, drywall put up on three walls, location change of kitchen including placement of propane gas line, new cabinets, new countertops, island, lighting, outlets....etc.. We ran into a few problems along the way but he and his crew circumvented them all. They cleaned up the area when finished. We started with a small dark kitchen, an entryway, a sunroom with a skylight and screen on one wall, and a dining room and he gave me the great room of my dreams. Very professional, always here when they said they would be. Just an all around great experience. Oh, this was on a 37 year old mobilehome. Love them!!

    Deck Expansion

    East Bay PC Construction was very professional, organized, ahead of schedule and on budget. I highly recommend them.

    We had small deck off our dining room we wanted to expand to have an area for door dining. The parameters:

    - match current style and color of current deck
    - add a gate and step into yard
    - a walk way to back of house and steps down
    - working into a steep upslope

    They did an excellent job and we plan to hire the team for future projects.

    Juan and his team did an exceptional job with my project. I really felt like we had a great repor during the entire project. We hit some snags early in the project that nobody could have anticipated and when we figured out a way forward I never felt like I was taken advantage.
