I had a very frustrating experience with this door installation company. The first time they came out, they showed up late and arrived without the proper equipment to even start the job. It was a complete waste of time and wages as I had to take time off of work to be here during the planned installation.
I decided to give them another chance, but that turned out to be a mistake. On the second attempt, they showed up four hours late—well outside the arrival window that John Searles their self described CEO had “personally guaranteed”- and didn’t bother to call or communicate any kind of delay. I was left waiting around with no updates, no respect for my time and or my financial security with yet again unnecessary time taken off of my job to accommodate them.
This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If you value punctuality, communication, or basic reliability, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere.
