Tom came out and looked at the project I wanted done. (Retaining wall and concrete slab). He gave me an estimate which I accepted and he told me it would be about a month. Started in July so I thought end of August. I started calling and he kept putting me off until the next week. Finally he told me looks like we can get to you next week - I asked should I call him or would he be calling me? He said he'd call me - well that's was 3 weeks ago. I already have it done through another business, but wasn't going to let Tom know until he called me. I'm ok with I don't want to do it, but I could have had it done months ago if he'd just been honest.
